INDIAS EXTEND ON LIBYAN CRISIS

Indias extend on libyan crisis:

Indian Foreign Ministry stated that does not sympathize with Omar Gadaffi but is against use of force in humanitarian issues.
Despite the jurisprudencia which could lead to a further similar action regardin Pakistan or the Indo-Chinese contested areas, India also has huge investment in Lybia.
Claims that change is supposed to came by peoples force.
Therefore, India abstent from voting on the SC pledging it was not clear regarding the situation in Lybia.
Brazil, Germany, China, Russia all abstent from voting also.

18.000 Indian nationals were there, 15.000 were called back, but 3.000 opted to stay there.
No impact in India China or India Russia, but maybe a small harm with USA and France, which supported the action.
China is mainly concerned about its economy since it is the greatest investor in Lybia.
